Mario Kart figure question

I have a question about the Mario Kart figures by ToyBiz. Does anyone know if there was a solid version of Mario? The only one I ever see on ebay is the 'transparent' ghost version. I think the back of some of the cards show a different version, I've just never seen it.

I mean the action figures that IceCold posted, not the RVs. That Toy attack link shows they are selling a series 1 Mario and Series 2 Mario, and both link to the same picture. Yet one is sold out and one is in stock.

Can anyone confirm the series 1 mario??
