this wouldn't be A mmorpg, it would be mmopokemon, which wouldn't have to be like everquest etc. it doesn't need loot, it has something better, pokemon, the time it would take to catch all 350 pokemon would keep me ocupied for several months at least, especially when some can only be caught in day/night etc

also, for the Unique pokemon, my theory is they could have say 15-20 servers, or perhaps regional ones, so that there would be 1 mew two etc per server. ofcourse that would mean you could only play on that server unless you wanted to start anew on another server.

another idea i had was to solve the question of the starting pokemon (squirtle bulbasaur and charmander on r/b and totodile cindaquil and chikorita on g/s/c) would be a random choice between one of the lower end pokemon (from say pidgey to krabby etc) that your "parents" give to you to start you on your way to being a pokemon master!

Eh, I'd prefer not to have the microphone...  I would find it annoying to hear all these voices of random people chatting.  I'd also prefer to order Pokemon using options (though, admittedly, some other options like dodge or dash would be nice).  It would be very cool to see Pokemon react in real-time to your orders, instead of following them out the next turn as if you were controlling their every movement.

Hmm..sorry sometime i forget some things in what i'm saying....

I was thinking that if you run into a trainer, you press A in front of them and that activates the voice chat which would be 1-on-1. If you wanted a bunch of people you could allow for more than 1 person via an option. And you wouldn't have to use voice chat, you could use a keyboard if you wanted to. And if someone is annoying you, you could block them of course. That way you wouldn't be hearing people screaming something inapropriete when traveling. And the ordering of pokemon would be optional to use voice or controller as i said. So you could have it your way.

I want the Pokemon MMORPG to be completely customizable. But of course this is all wishful thinking...

You people forget that this isn't Counterstrike! Not everyone can hear you conversations cause you don't have those standard issue army radio things, so there will be NO chatter from random people, unless you meet them.
The system for chatting should be one of the most technically advanced. You will not hear a person's voice until you are a certain distance from them. Cause you can't hear them from the other side of the world. Say two groups are walking toward each other, and they are talking. they won't hear each other at first, but when you get closer and closer, the voices will get louder until you meet or pass each other. And when they walk away, their voices will get fainter.
Now, you can have mobile phones, and you can actually have your own number. You can ring someone, and actually talk to the in real-time, albeit with the typical phone-sound.

Stuff like that.

There's over 380 Pokemon now. And yes they will have to have something to gain the pokemon you cannot get with Ruby/Sapphire since its not backwards compatible.

The Pokemon series is made for interaction with others with the game via a link cable but it does lend itself to the Online scene.

And for this title I wouldn't mind paying a few dollar fee for it, because if you remember EZBoards pop ups can be a pain I don't want add poping up every time I do something. (But the could made bill boards and commercials on the TVs you run into in other people's house, and maybe suggestions to buy something when you visit the Pokemart, that I wouldn't mind because you can avoid them.)

And that is were ND Cube can step in. Because that is one of their principle objectives.
Stupidity is lost on my. Then again I'm almost always lost.
