With the DS being released in Australia tomorro (with such a crap game launch list) if i order US games from liksang.com will they work on the copy i will pick up tomorro? Cheers.

Yes you can buy DS games from any territory meaning USA, JAPAN and EUROPE and they will all work on your local AUSTRALIAN DS.
Like the gameboy the DS is designed to be portable thus Nintendo excluded territory locks on the software and hardware.

there's really no other game coming out soon besides Yoshi's Touch and Go that's not going to come out for awhile in Australia. The only things worth buying anywhere is Super Mario 64 DS and WarioWare Touched!

Any DS in the world can play any DS game regardless of where you bought it. If you speak and read English just import American DS games, they will work perfectly, and so will American GBA games on both a DS or GBA.
