World Reborn

I just felt like making a topic about this, since I had never even heard of the game before the other day, when I was looking up info on a future DS game...Maybe that's because it's the first game of a new dev, NeoPong Software...

I really like their enthusiasm, and that they are a small group consisting of people with little videogame experience...Even so, their first game looks pretty good...It being World Reborn, a shooter that is said to have some really good character personality...So if you are into shooters, look into it and support an up-and-coming dev if the game turns out to be good

World Reborn

It should also be noted that their next project, "Project DA," an RPG, is intended for the DS...

It's a shmup so I'm automatically interested.  Naturally I'll wait for reviews though in case the controls suck.  You can't tell that from a screenshot.  I'm concerned at how available this title will be though considering how low key it is.

I have bad experience with amateur-made horizontal shmups, they often make the hitbox too large (almost as large as your ship!) and rely too much on powerups.

looks decent, as far as portable shooters go though, I'm interested in the new DS game.  Nanostray.  Nanostray

Password system? I hate password saves, although it probably not that big of a deal for a shmup.....

It's always a big deal if you don't have pen and paper nearby.
