TalkBack / RE:Europeans Can Purchase VC Games With Stars

It's not for all Europeans, I think. Only for those in UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France and Italy. Correct me if I'm wrong. I live in Norway and we can't register Stars (not htat I know of, anyway).
