i dunno about revolution... it's not catchy enough. makes my tongue ache. i remember that nintendo "nexus" system that went all over the web and that was easy to identify with... although it doesn't sound much like nintendo but, it's ok. and have any of you seen that concept art of this "nintendo 21" shizzle? that wasnt bad... but people will be like "whoa! n64 is better than the new nintendo console??" lol, ok ill stop.

Thank you, thank you Robageejammin. I made it all possible.

well, if we are to hold the Rev. controller the same way we hold a GC one, my only hope is that additional "trigger" buttons are placed under our fingers as we hold the controller normally. we would be using the middle of our fingers to press these. it's the only way the current controllers can become versatile enough in the sense that you won't have to switch your right thumb between the analog stick and the buttons. of course, we're not expecting a design similar to current-console controllers but, there's another idea... just for the heck of it.

hey, check this deal out!

Nintendo DS $129.99

i never thought the ds would go down in price this quickly... at least for the next 70 hours anyway, lol

well, i think we all went off in these crazy tangents. i mean, its just a simple matter of analyzing the facts.

for one, the controller will have a simple interface, two: it will apparently be revolutionary, three: it can't be TOO much of a revolution (like the ridiculously awesome novint falcon) because according to nintendo, the system will be backward-compatible! (dreams do come true!!)

which could also mean the controller slot will be exactly the same as the gamecube's, making it possible to just plug the ol' gc controllers and having a "blast from the past" (pardon the pun).

what im trying to say is that... i don't know how they're going to pull it off but, if anything, having faith in nintendo is the way to go. they'll deliver... im pretty sure. e3, friends... will be our day of redemption, and it will simply be an event of revolutionary proportions... (yech, i wasn't planning that)

Nintendo Gaming / RE:Let's Talk Controller

Hmm... controller... I think it should be something you can use all your 10 fingers on. For example, a sphere held with hands almost wide open. I know someone probably wrote something similar to what I'm gonna say but, I'm not gonna read 7 pages-plus worth of random ideas. Now, this sphere should have analog "pads" for each finger similar to a normal control pad, but in a more circular fashion (along the lines of the xbox one, but with more comfort for your finger), and with more sensitivity for pushing in any direction, and also with analog sensitivity for how much pressure you apply to the press. And each half of this sphere could be slightly rotated by each hand respectively in opposite diretions to detach completely, and then both halves used individually while placed on any surface. With their own rumble/shock features, adjustable levels of sensitivity, wireless connectivity, and a conveniently placed hand-wrap for and awesome grip. Sounds awesome, innovative, and expensive. The system might as well be integrated in it too. Only kidding. Ok, I'm done.

Whoa... ahaha. Firstly, pinball is awesome, and how on earth is pinball for kids? The concept is not pathetic, the concept is brilliant, Samus in morph ball mode can add a crap load of things to a game of pinball, the franchise is probably the best one to use in a pinball game. What I am worried about, though, is that the developers won't let this game reach it's full potential, the potential is HUGE, and I hope it turns out awesome.

Man, that's some misunderstanding. I'm talking about reducing someone with such a reputation as a violent and stylish bounty hunter... into a PINBALL! And as much potential as it seems this game has, it would've just been better to use some other character, or even maybe some completely new one, as opposed to Samus! And what I meant about the kids comment is that, knowing Nintendo, they won't make it a pinball game in where you kill space-pirates somehow. They'll make it more appealing for every age... as usual. And yes... let's indeed hope it turns out better than people think... including me. One thing's for sure... with so many new and creative additions to the DS library, I'm certainly not speding money on this game unless it has like a 10 out of 10 rating and the replayability level is ever-lasting.

Pathetic... simply pathetic. Reducing an intergalactic, incredibly respected and feared bounty hunter, to a mere... pinBALL... that's the kind of thing some like to call "running out of ideas." I mean seriously, what is this? some sort of marketing gimmick to introduce the Metroid series to kids? It's utter crap!! I mean, knowing Nintendo, the professionalism of the game is bound to be flawless but, the concept itself is just pathetic. Not to bash on Nintendo, being that I'm a die-hard fan, and I would dare say the DS is my new-found love but, why sink this low? I'll pass on this one.

Sigh... When I said Nintendo should listen to the fans I didn't mean "Waahhhh!! Give us all the Nintendo-related stuff we want!" That's a very narrow way of thinking. Fans actually want more than Nintendo related stuff! Problem is... Nintendo is so greedy, they don't want any other influence from any other developers flooding the GC. If anything, their attempt at co-developing games and building relationships with other developers should be a sign of that. Instead, they should let all of those crazy Anime-based games come on over to the GC (state-side anyway) but nooooooo... they don't let them touch ground here! It's all about Mario, Pokemon, DK, Metroid and Zelda! We also want Gundam, Cowboy Bebop, Inuyasha, Guilty Gear, Z.O.E., more RPG's, MARVEL VS. CAPCOM (HINT HINT!)!!!!! We actually want all that madness PS2ers have! We certainly feel left out! So many experiences we have to wish for and yet forget about simply because we are so FRICKIN' LOYAL... sigh... very frustrating. So... with that said, I can only hope and dream Nintendo will one day realize their greediness is blinding them, then come to their senses, and become powerful again... more so than before. Amen.

One more thing... I know about %200 of you will say "keep dreaming." But we all know Nintendo is truly the best and they have the talent and that spark for innovation... they just need a more open-minded strategy. Instead of creating their own little empire, they should just become part of the industry.
