Nintendo Gaming / RE:Does anyone else hate Minish Cap like me?

But then again, this is coming from the guy that took 6 years to finally appreciate Ocarina of Time...

Funny that. I've grown to really hate Ocarina of Time now. After all this time, I've finally come to the conclusion that it's the absolute worst overrated Zelda game ever, and it doesn't deserve any of that unnecessary praising it's gotten from Nintendo fanboys everywhere over the recent years.

Nintendo Gaming / RE:2 Zelda's on DS?

I can't understand why people keep slagging off every single game that uses rendered sprites. IMO if it's used just right it can make the characters in a game look really good actually. Have you guys seriously not experienced Klonoa: Door to Phantomile yet? It did a really good job mixing rendered sprites together with 3D backgrounds that suited best the style of the game.

Nintendo Gaming / RE:Camelot making RPG for Rev?

Meh, Golden Sun was alright I suppose, but the final boss battle in the end put me off from ever picking it up again. I can't really be bothered with most RPG's of today anyway, seeing as how they just bore me to death, so I'm hoping Camelot can come with some great gameplay ideas with their latest project.

btw, how many other RPG's have Camelot made apart from the Golden Sun series?

Edit:
Aw, crap. I didn't realize it until now. It's only a self made MMORPG that borrows the artistic style of Wind Waker.

Dammit, and I was really hoping for another cel-shaded Zelda game from Nintendo. >_<

Nintendo Gaming / RE:Monkey Island 3 on the DS?
« on: February 15, 2005, 01:51:13 PM »
I honestly don't see what's so great about Monkey Island 3. I found it to be a rather mediocre point'n click adventure game. I would rather have them give us the two previous Monkey Island games for the DS instead, or even a complete new installment would be more preferable.
