It's incredibly engaging. It's just like the old Telltale games but with a fresh, updated feel. The characters have depth, the dialogue is excellent, and the gameplay, especially the dispatch system, is also interesting. The Switch version has some visual issues, which is a bit of a shame, but overall it's still a very worthwhile experience.
