He's simply saying that the PSP isn't a huge success yet. Will it beat the Wonder Swan in time? Of course, but it's not there yet. Although the limited supply is probably a huge factor here.

i dont think the psp will out sell ds in japan just yet but if ds wants to keep in the game they must make more great content for it.
