I've been investigating several options for hooking my Gamecube to my 21" CRT monitor. I've seen VGA cables and adapters from various websites:

I've even been wondering if getting an HDTV tuner card might be an option. HDTV tuner cards have various inputs and DVI output which would work with one of my TFT LCD screens. But will it work?
Does anyone know what's the best hookup? I don't care if it has to run through my PC via software or just to my monitor. I just want high-res CG action. I'm also aware of the progressive scan issue -- that some games won't work with some VGA adapters. The games i want to play are progressive scan compatible so that's not even an issue either.
Thanks for any tips. If anyone knows of any reviews, FAQs or whitepapers on this, that would be especially helpful.
