But imagine that Nintendo and Rare are on the same page i'm just saying nintendo doesnt sell when Microsoft first wanted to buy and then they do they could be doing that so microsoft sell them back for less.....(Hey it could Happen)

True it still there i think it was most popular # 7 or 8 in the coming soon section and gamespot says it is coming out 2/2/2004 around that date
