Nintendo Gaming / GameCube SP
« on: May 07, 2003, 11:09:44 PM »
I totally agree with you on this one.  All points you brought up it home.
The thinhg that gets me is the whole dispute over the three main systems, PS2/XBOX/GC.

The fact of the matter is there should not be any dispute because the one true game console is GC.  There are great games on PS2/XBOX but they lose focus when it comes down to the games. You know exactly what your talking about and I am backing you up.

Nintendo Gaming / NBA Street Vol. 2

It is set up to go to 21 but you can now modify the rules.  Whenever you get the game be sure to do that cause when you play your friends you all can play by your rules.  Point value, trick points you name it you can do it.

Nintendo Gaming / NBA Street Vol. 2

I just got Street and I must say that is way better than Vol. 1    I have been playing for about eight hours and have just unlocked all the secret characters.  If you have the game at the bottom of the Legends there is a mystery character, its  85 Jordan and he is off the chain.

If you have the game tell me what level are you playing on, Got Game; Mad Game; or Legendary.

I beat be a legend on legendary and it was not easy..

Nintendo Gaming / Gamecube will crush all competition! ! !
« on: May 02, 2003, 06:01:37 PM »

Okay all you nintendo fans out there, I have been doing my homework.  Here are my thoughts....

Gamecube verses Xbox/PS2 will without a doubt come out on top.  Lets talk systems, the next generation of consoles will stray too far away from the focus at hand, which are the games, to compete with nintendo.  Nintendo's next system will be made with the game maker in mind.  From what I got from other forums is that Microsoft/Sony are focusing on extra add ons to grab buyers eyes.  More on-line and new burnable capabilities.  That may be good for people who have always wanted a computer and nevr purchased a system.

I mean, I wanted all that crap I would just buy a computer.  The bottom line is that the console should focus on games cause thats why peole buy them, or they should.

Second, this next bit of info is for those who have been in a coma or something and don't know anything, nintendo has an arsenal of games that will be hitting store within the next year.  Mario Kart & Tennis, F-Zero, and Soul Calibar II featuring Link just to name a few.  Alot more games are in the making for the cube from Xbox/PS2 and sequels to big hit games like Metriod Prime.  And with other games that nintendo have in the making that will totally shock some gamers prove my point.

So to all you people who are still on the Xbox/ PS2 band wagon, my advice is to get a cube with memory cards and extra controllers cause its about to go down.     ----OH YEAH, they're only a hundred dollars now-----

Fellow nintendo fans please leave your remarks and help with the celebration

Nintendo Gaming / Super Smash Bros Melee 2!!!
« on: April 25, 2003, 06:46:35 PM »
Does anyone else feel like nintendo should be making a sequel to the best four player finghting ever!?!

There are so many things I would like to see.  Not much, just a few more stages, characters, and harder levels and task.  For instance like Wario, Waluigi, Diddy Kong, Mega Man, and Castlevania's main character(don't know name) with some stages to match!  Just a thought I like to share with you guys.  Tell me what you think and give your suggestion.

Nintendo Gaming / ps3/xbox to get crush by GC2?
« on: April 21, 2003, 05:48:27 AM »
Anyone that doesn't agree with this person, can't see the forest for the trees!  He/or she has a point and I'm overjoyed that someone finally said something about it

The main picture that everyone seems to be forgeting is that Nintendo unlike Sony/ Microsoft, is a "gaming company".  Not an electronic company with a b* console on the side.  These guys started the whole gaming industry while Microsoft had Apple, and Sony had VCR's.

The point is that gaming cosoles are made for games, not all that other crap that they try to beef up their sales with.  You by a cosole for the usage of games only, and if your smart you buy nintendo consoles, because they are the best.  Unlike the rest who have to have extra goodies to get buyers.

Bottom line, nintendo rules over anyother and you my friend can take that to the bank.

   Or shall I say Nintendo...........!!!!

P*S* -  If you don't agree here's some evidence for you,  Mario and The Legand of Zelda.  I rest my case

Nintendo Gaming / The ultimate ending to the ultimate game!!!
« on: April 20, 2003, 11:42:52 PM »
For ultimate fans of the Link/Zelda Games this is my idea of how the ending of this whole saga should be.

First off the game should be set sometime after Oot, having to deal with the the force behind the Gannons and the reast of time.  This would occur well after Gannondorf's death, because in my opinion there is a higher power controling the Gannons. Come on lets think about it, a single male born every hundred or so years to an entire race of women.  No explanation what so ever, a big mysery left unsolved!  This would have to do with Zelda's father and his relationship with Gannondorf.  It would explan the past going back to the very beginning and filling in the pot holes on the way.  Seems impossible, well lets think about it!

The exact chronology of the games as of yet has not been determined, or written in stone.  This is the perfect way to set the story srtaight.  Besides you would not have to link every single game, just those of high importance such as Oot, MM, WW, LA, and LOZ.  The basic idea is that there is an ultimate evil and good in the story that can be traced in all stories.  Not meaning in every game but in this ending that would make it final.  A definite answer to many decade old questions that have never been answered!   For example; Are all these games linked and if so how?, What are the origins of the Gannons and their unusual gender selection?  What is the connection between Link and Zelda and how will it end?  There are many more that can easily be answered.  Link will be older and more advanced, almost like SC2 or SSBM, less teen and more adult as for as apperaence ans skills.  The game itself would start off with Link in trainning and Zelda the happy Queen of Hyrule, and no they are not together! Zelda has been warned about the evil behind the Gannons years ago and informed Link of it.  This evil is something that has pleauged the land for decades and decided to rid the world of the hyrulians and all good itself.  This evil will be traced back to the three goddesses and details on theire origins to try and prevent it.  As Link sets out on this quest he discovers many thing about this new evil, Zelda, and, himself!  There are three bosses that were made to surpress each goddess and did so.  After defeatin these temples the other 75% of the game is revealed, as the goddesses give their powers to you making you even more powerful.  Don't get too excited because you soon find out that without this power you wouldn't last two seconds in the next dungeon.   Each temple has been equiped with an evil spirit hand crafted with a certain specialty to do two things.  Kill you and give this new evil enough time to achieve his goal, which is taking over the world.  Once you eventually beat all the temples you head to Hyrule Castle to save the day, but the fight comes to you in the middle of Hyrule field which is now a waste land that has only certain areas that are safe to travel.  The ultimate boss is non other than the revived spirit of the original Gannon evil, that started the war with Zelda's Dad many, many years ago.  This is the evil spirit of the man before Gannondorf that started the carnage because of a dispute with the former Hyrulian King over his thrown and control of the world.  All skills will have to be used, including a skillful battle apon Epona, which you will have done already in another temple ( yeah an entire temple with epona), all weapons, and new aquired skills.  After the long battle you discover that the Hyrulian King's Spirit was imprisoned and just set it free.  He then goes through a lond talk that tells you everything else needed to know about Hyrule and yourself.  You find out that you and Zelda are siblings and you are the new King of Hyrule! Everyone returns and the story is finally over thanks to you.

In my opinion this is the best way to end the story of Link/Zelda because it covers everything.  All the games that are of great significants to the history and new and inproved characters.  Of course this is not finished but it will be, once I come up with all the details and fill you guys in.  So stay tuned, and feel free to reply

Nintendo Gaming / My Idea of a Good Zelda Game
« on: April 20, 2003, 08:52:34 PM »
You must be outside of your mind looking at yourself!  If you think that that is the perfect Zelda game your sadly mistaken.  It may be inside your little world but to true gamers its not.  Whats up with that "migging" and "ghost towns", come on lets be realistic here okay.

I totallly agree with you, Zelda:WW is awsome, and the master is even greater.  Both games have something to do with the story of Link so check it out.  Metriod Prime is off the chain, I beat it three times just for the extras.  They're worth it, have fun man.....oh and by the way welcome to the cube side.  LOL
