Having a difficult time with this boss in Hard Mode.
On another web site, there was some info saying you could use Power Bombs to hurt him in his vulnerable form, but I haven't had any luck setting a Power Bomb by the pool he is at, then getting out of the ball, and turning on the X-ray visor--it never has inflicted damage. Anybody have any tips for this guy on hard?
I have 13 energy tanks, 220 missles, and 6 power bombs.
