Nintendo Gaming / pop up windows?

I don't get any pop-ups in the forums anymore.  I thought one of the main purposes of upgrading the forums was to get rid of the pop-ups?  If you are getting them, check for spyware like mentioned earlier.  The only pop-ups I get are on the main page and that's only occasionally and no, I'm not using any pop-up killer programs either.

I try and try and try and try but I just can't get myself to care that you are losing faith in the cube.  But why do you feel the need to tell everyone this even though there have been tons of other threads started with the same topic.

Nintendo Gaming / RE's exclusitivity status

According to that article, Capcom didn't sell as many games, not only for Gamecube, but PS2 as well.  It stated it projected high for RE:0, Devil May Cry 2, and Clock Tower 3.  2 of those are for PS2 only.  

How could you interpret this as Capcom may pull games from Gamecube?  Things sold poorly for PS2 also.  

People worry too much.

2000 Mb.......lowercase b means bits, not bytes.  So no, it wouldn't be 2 gigs.  But still, a LAN connection is usually only 100Mb so 2000Mb is quite high and not really possible.

What's even funnier is the fact that some people wrote in to EGM complaining that the only reason they bought the game was for that code!  Serves them right I guess.

Make sure the controller and the receiver are on the same channels.  I've moved the channel on the controller a bunch of times without realizing it just by picking up the controller.  If that doesn't work, return it for a new one.

Nintendo Gaming / What ever happened to the SD Memory card?

I use the interact 16x memory card and it's been working great.  I have problably close to 20 games now and they are ALL saved onto this memory card. (I use a nintendo 59 card for backup of really important games though).  I still have plenty of room for more too.  I highly recommend the interact 16x.  I've been using it close to a year now without a single problem.   Beats buying 4 nintendo 251 cards, that's for sure.

I thought you should NEVER wipe a CD in a clockwise rotation??  Always wipe from the inside out or outside in, never in a circular motion.  Am I just mistaken or is it different for the Gamecube for some reason?

TalkBack / Direct Feed Game Boy Player

Are these movies working for eveyrone else?  When I try and play em, it opens up fine, starts playing the sound fine, but the picture doesn't show.  It will show a frame and then jump to another frame about 10 seconds ahead.  I can play pretty much all other files fine, just the gameboy player movies and I think 1 other movie from PGC.  Anybody else having these problems?

Hmm, my gamecube has a scratch that I can't prove where it came from.  Guess I'm throwing in the towel and never buying Nintendo products again too!  How can I play a perfectly working game when I can't stop staring at this tiny scratch!  </sarcasm>

I really wouldn't care if my gamecube split into 2 pieces and I had to keep it together with a shoelace.  As long as it works and I can play my Zelda (only a few more hours to go till I get it), I'm a happy man!

Well, I guess it's true.  Says it's only on PS2 on the official RTX: Redrock website.  Not that I was really interested in this game but hearing any game get cancelled is a bit disappointing.

I played the Sims for the PS2 at a friends house and I couldn't put it down.  Even if it is the same as the PC (which it isn't EXACTLY), who cares.  It's a VERY fun, adicting game.

It's definitely that same tattoo but I don't think it's you, santiago79.  I say this because if you look at the pictures on your website (which is amusing) and the pic on the front page, the one on the front page is much closer to the lip then the ones on your webpage.  Just my observation.  I could be wrong though, ya never know!

As far as voices for MP go, I doubt they will screw it up.  They wouldn't give Samus any kind of voice either.  Probably just give the computer some kind of voice.  Shooting a locked door won't have her saying "I need to use the xxxx beam to open this door".  Same with the zelda series.  They may add some voice to it one day but giving Link a voice is probably a long ways off!  

The game is so spectacular anyway, the visuals alone will probably distract you from the voices anyway.  All I can say is, you're in for a treat!

I remember playing the original on my old 386/66MHz computer.  Great game.  I believe they made a 3d version for the dreamcast (maybe PS1) which was amusing, but I never quite got into it.  I am interested in the new one coming out for the cube though.  I do love the prince of persia series.

A new pilotwings would be great but I wouldn't count on it.  Somehow I think if we haven't heard even a single rumor about one yet, it won't happen.  Sequels to larger franchises seem to be at least rumored about early on in a consoles life.

23GB!  That'd be awesome to have on one disc.  If the next gen consoles did use that, well, no more worrying about disc space.  I can't even fathom what a game would be like that took up 23GB.

I've had that happen once with my memory card.  I just reset the system and it's never done it since.  I'm using the interact 16x memory card.  Other then that one time a long time ago, it's been workin perfectly.
