Try re-downloading the file--it's possible your original download may have been cut off during the server transition issues we had earlier. It should download with no problems now.

I re-downloaded with no problems and can listen to the rest of the show now. :)

I am in the middle of unpacking some boxes after a move and have started finding my older Nintendo 64 games. The question is..what does your older Nintendo collection look like? i'd love to see some pictures.

I was pretty underwhelmed by Doc Louis's Punch-Out. I was hoping it would be more than than a fight against Louis. I wasn't expecting a full fledged game, but it's just a fight against Doc and a training mode. Nothing more. I should have picked the Mario hat.

I am sort of wishing I had taken the hat as well. I was still caught up in playing a lot of Punch-Out!! so it made sense to me at the time, but not any more. Punch-Out!! is still a blast to play and that one will stay in my collection.

Nintendo Gaming / DJ Hero l You might want to consider getting it
« on: October 31, 2009, 10:34:26 AM »
I got a copy of DJ Hero in the mail and already spent a lot of time with the game. Music games in my house seem to get played for the first day or so, but only to try it out and they get put back on the shelf. The main reason is my wife doesn't want to pull out the drums and guitar and hook up the mic, but DJ Hero doesn't have the same problem. The turntable is a lot smaller than I thought it would be and hardly takes up much space at all.

Of course the gameplay is what matters and DJ Hero is a great twist on a genre that has grown rather stale with mainly the same game and different music every couple of months. They did a wonderful thing and added a no fail mode no matter what how hard or easy you decide to pick. You can play it on expert and go through the whole song. This is a great feature that should be in all future music games. I can see why they did with..considering there is a lot to wrap your head around with the new controller and how it all plays.

anyone going to be getting this game?

Nintendo Gaming / Re: DSi LL Announced! *Pics Inside* 4.2" screens

I am planning on picking one up at the end of November. The main reason I want to import it is for the future DSi only titles and it seems Nintendo is getting some great stuff over on the Japanese DSiWare.
