Nintendo Gaming / RE: NINTENDO GAMES = BAD REPLAY VALUE
« on: July 14, 2003, 09:39:37 AM »
Eternal Darkness has plenty of replay value. I am playing it again, this time on the blue route instead of green, and I have every intention to go back and play it again with the red route once I am done with it. I just wished I would have gotten in sooner.

So let me get this right. You dont even have to send your Cube in? They just send you the cut out of the skin and you put it on yourself. If that's the case I will get one if not though I wont cuz I dont wanna part with my cube and worry bout it getting broken.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Just Finished Eternal Darkness. WOW!

First time I played as green and I loved Xel'lotath. I loved how when Pious would be talking to her and she would be normal talking and then in the next sentence she would follow with a whisper. I loved that. It made her sound so evil. Now I am playing the blue route and I dont like Ulyoath. Why I dont know I just seemed to like Xel'otath. Maybe I will quit playing blue and start the red route. Is the red one better?

Nintendo Gaming / RE: N's new code name revealed?
« on: July 11, 2003, 10:22:19 AM »
First off I have never even heard of this website and second of all, they are a computer game website. Why would they have info on this kinda stuff? Even if this is the Internal Code Name I dont see what the big deal is. The name will be changed in the long run. And the code name "N5" wow, big deal. It willl probably be changed to something like GameSphere or something. Anywayz I am gonna stop wasting my time with this post because I know it will get locked pretty soon anyway.

Wow you guys, you all have to go out and buy this game if you haven't already. It is probably one of my favorite Video Games next to Super Mario 64 and Legend of ZeldaoT. Just please go out and buy this! It is a really good under rated game and deserves some recognition. I promise you it will leave you with some great memories.

General Gaming / RE: Official *PS3 or Cell* News
« on: July 04, 2003, 12:54:48 PM »
Sony is infamous about putting specs into their hardware that dont even exist. Take for example the PSP. They put things into that montrosity that dont even exist and if they did manage to put it all into it, it would cost like 700-1000 bucks at the least. I believe that in the Next Gen, Sony's hype will run out. They have all this hype on cell technology and I dont believe any of it. Unless Sony wants to be last coming out with their system and wait for around 2007 when cell tech. will start coming out strongly. Surprising to most people I believe Nintendo will rule the next generation. I think they have something up their sleeves and plus Nintendo deserves to be at number one again. They have suffered these last two generations and are being beat at their own game. It just doesnt seem right. I remember when parents who wouldnt know anything about games would called a Sega game or a Konami game or whatever, a "Nintendo" game. Nintendo used to symbalize Video Games. Now a days everything is a "Sony" game. Nintendo, I think; will finaly get their act together in 2005 and deliever the goods. I at least hope they will make a decent effort at changing or at least adapting to the target audience.

Wow, Nintendo is doing alot better with their advertising. The commercial show a black player being connected to a platinum GCN and then when they are connected it shows the camera goin through the insides of the player and the GCN. Just thought I would post this. BTW I saw it on MTV @ around 1:00 a.m.

I could see Sony and Nintendo merging into one company because they are both based in Japan and I think the Japanese market would back them up. I would die before I would let Nintendo and Microsoft merge together. Plus I wouldnt trust Microsoft. They would probably take the money and run!

« on: June 16, 2003, 09:21:03 AM »
I live in the West part of Wichita Kansas (Biggest city in Kansas) and no one here likes the Cube. We still have plenty of Cube stuff. U guys remember when all of you were stressin cuz u couldn't find a broadband adapter 4 ur precious cube? Well, the walmart by me had so many they were stocked full in the electronics department, they had some left over so they went and put them at the front of the store when u first walk in!!! We still have lots of GBA-Sp's and Cubes. I am sure it is the same way with the pre-orders for the GB-Player

« on: June 16, 2003, 09:09:56 AM »
I agree, though Nintendo makes me go nearly bankrupt with me buyin so many of their games I have never, and will never make Piracy. Even if it was as simple as just magically burning a full gamecube game onto a normal cd and just sticking it in (wouldn't really fit now would it?) I wouldn't do it. But I will sure as hell do it to the Music Business! They overcharge way too much!

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Important ? On Demo Disc
« on: June 16, 2003, 09:03:28 AM »
Really? 40 bucks a pop? That is ludacris! And no I can't buy it even at 10 bucks cuz I am only 16 and haven't been able to find a job yet. I can't go ask "Mom" (I like to refer to her as "the evil one") for money cuz she is afraid I will go and buy cigarettes with the money she gives me. (I probably would :>) So I am basically screwed then right?

Nintendo Gaming / RE: Mainstream Media trys to Cover Video Games.

"I don't think Nintendo is here for the digital-entertainment revolution," says Robert J. Bach, Microsoft's Xbox chief. "They are a toy company."

It is this BS that corrupts the minds of casual gamers.

Nintendo Power has constantly covered SC II. They do it in thier Game Watch section. Every time they have a pic of Link in it 2 so I don't think it will be about SC II. I really do think that it is about a realistic type Zelda game! I am only feeling on e bad thing about this. This E3 is gonna suck this year just like last year if all of the big stories leak out!

Nintendo Gaming / Returning a new game?
« on: April 06, 2003, 06:45:13 AM »
What you can do is go to Target and say this game really sucks (you would have had to buy it from Target of course) and they will let you exchange the game for a different game of the same price.

Nintendo Gaming / mrtal kombat deadly alliance
« on: April 05, 2003, 10:32:17 AM »
The game is an ok fighter. I only bought this game 2 hold me off untill SC2. I dont have trouble with the combos at all. The game can get quite fustrating when you don't know your character. For example, I used to play it and would get really pissed off (broke 2 controlers ) cuz I would lose. But I have now discovered that Frost is my character and I enjoy the game now. Lu Kain is not in the game which pisses me off but I got over it. Basically if you have the money get it to hold you off until SC2.

Nintendo Gaming / Why Does the Gamecube Disc Keep Spinning?
« on: April 03, 2003, 06:46:42 AM »
Animal Crossing doens't even require a disc. After you load your town you can take the game disc out and keep playing no matter where you go or what you do. Pretty cool I think.
