TalkBack / RE: Namco Announces E3 Line-Up
« on: May 12, 2005, 06:48:37 PM »
Tales of Syphonia sold better than Namco expected on the Cube. It proved to Namco that Cube owners were starving for an RPG. This is a cold slap in the face to have Legendia only announced on PS2. I'm really dissapointed in Namco's lame line up! Oh yes!! I can just see it now. Were all outside are local videogame store awaiting in lines a mile long. Awaiting in anticipation for our own copy of Hello Kitty Roller Rescue. This just proves we got screwed!! I think I hate Namco for the time being.

That mockup of Revolution is quite nice, even if its not real. What if the Gamecube looked like that. Of course it wouldnt be a cube though.

TalkBack / RE: Pokemon Trainers Gather In Seattle
« on: May 12, 2005, 12:13:29 AM »
I do know that the special stat was split after the debut of gold/silver, However it was also possible to port your old pokemon from Red/Blue to the newer gold/silver at the time. Thus splitting the stat special into sp attack and sp defense as oppose to having them rolled into one like the original. So what I'm saying is old favorites like Alakazaam which originally came from Red/Blue had some impressive stats. However it is not possible to trade your old ones to the new pokemon games of now, like Saphire/Ruby and so on. Instead were forced to start from scratch on old favorites such as my beloved Alakazaam. Only they dont seem to have their stats as good as the old ones. So after many fail results of raising them. I finally got some good stats which are acceptable but nowhere near  the stats of my old ones from gold/silver which originally came from Red/Blue. I would like to say that you really shouldnt pass up FireRed and LeafGreen. They are definitely worth checking out and you only really need just one! Who knows perhaps we'll battle online someday!

I believe I quit because I realize you were using an Action Replay! After all weren't your stats all max at 999. I'm pretty sure that it's okay not to count that one right! Dont worry everyone loses to me!!

Those too were absolutly amazed by that demonstration I gave them. Proof that new things is what people want. I just wish Nintendo would bust out their killer app faster. Patients I'm running out of patients!!! Patients hell we want it now (my inner dark side).

You all need to stop being so gullible. Sure its only natural to speculate some truth to this because E3 is just around the corner.  And being so hard up for information causes us to be easy prey, to be devoured by misleading information and rumors. However there is something in the latest Nintendo Power magazine that might interest you. If you look in the second to last page of the magazine, you'll notice that there is something being revealed behind curtains. What it is I cannot tell, but it does look like a machine of some sort. You can only see a partial image and its not enough to determine if its rev or your sp2. Check it out and speculate what that thing could be.

TalkBack / RE: Nintendo Officially Announces DS Online Service
« on: May 10, 2005, 09:45:30 AM »
According to Iwata, developers currently working on short-range wireless games should be able to easily expand many of their projects to include wireless Internet play. Gamespy will deliver software development kits to qualified developers before E3. My Hunch is there are going to be quite a few online enabled games at E3. Iwata always said it would be simple to set up and provide a seamless experience for users. I think things are going to be allright now. By the way PGC FORUM USER MARIO, You've never raced me, so just to let you know. Get used to seeing me dart out of nowhere and taking the lead while a red shell SLAMS INTO YOU!!! Causing you to Corrine into Lava!! (evil laugh) HA, HA, HA, HA, Ha Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Cough*Hack erhem excuse me.

Monster Cables are the way to go. With my high end flatscreen TV, games on the Cube look so good. However they look much much much much much much much much much bbbbeeeetttteeeerrrr!!!!! With the monster cable S-Video connection. My friends envy my picture because it looks so nice. I dont know how to explain it but your not doing your games justice unless you play on my TV. Of course you cant come over I've got enough friends already. So do yourself a favor as well as your eyes and ears. Get the Monster Cables enhances sound too!!

Nintendo Gaming / RE: What is a revolution?
« on: May 08, 2005, 11:10:09 PM »
I believe Microsoft knows the position their in coming out first. They only survived this long because of HALO. They know how lucky they are to come this far thanks to HALO. So they want to assure their stay by not revolutionizing or innovating but by coming out first and presenting pretty pretty games based on existing ideas. To increase their userbase sky high and dominate a new gaming generation. Thats all!!! The same crap like before but much more prettier. I predict they will spend millions on advertising to hype up the next box like it's the cure for cancer. So take shelter because we are going to be Bombarded by XBOX 360 COMMERCIALS. However people like to see technology go forward with new fresh ideas, so as long as it catches on and were ready for it. (Example) Hey whats that? whoa! this is so cool I've never played anything like this before. this is so cool. I've got to show others. I've gotta get me one of these. The response I would like Nintendo to get for creating something new. You've got to love Nintendo for always trying to create new ideas while Sony and Microsoft just dont.

TalkBack / RE: eDemensional Puts Down Rumors Regarding Nintendo
« on: May 06, 2005, 10:28:02 PM »
Were all like "what is Nintendo up to?" I guess are questions will be answered soon enough. Or leave us with more elusive questions. I cant imagine what exactly could they come up with, that will revolutionize gaming without thinking 3D. So by chance if it really was a sort of 3D experience. Perhaps it would be best if it was just one of the systems features.
Although it's not all that bad if you picture it. Then again it could be much worse. For example What if it turned out to be like the Riddlers 3D TV from Batman Forever. All the while Reggie is sitting in his Lair sucking up are IQ unbeknowst to us! Hmmm a Reggie Riddler Avatar naww....

TalkBack / RE: Donkey Konga 2 Releases Monday
« on: May 04, 2005, 10:58:30 PM »
Well I really dont have any gripes about it. I enjoyed the first one except for the kindegarten songs, then again it had something to offer for everyone. I didnt know it would attract non gamers to play. For example my room mate who never plays games except for Animal Crossing. Was interested in how to play it. However he still didnt touch it at first. Then I come home from work and he's all into it. He was so absorbed he didn't even hear me come in. Soon after my mother visits and she asked," what are those barrel like things?" I explained and soon after she went out and bought it. So you see I'm sort of being pressed to get it. What I've gathered from those who have played it. Is that they want updated music+more. I'll be happy just having Nintendo tunes in it. Do I hear Metroid Techno, Yeah I wish.

TalkBack / RE: Pac-Pix Dated For The U.K.
« on: May 04, 2005, 11:56:42 AM »
I still recall Nintendo and Namco relations back in the day were anything but good. Its amazing how close they've gotten over time. Now lets see here, Namco developed the new StarFox. Namco released the the amazing Tales Of Syphonia exclusively as well as the okay Baten Kaitos. Now they are working on a Arcade Version of MarioKart that I believe is already finished. Im really starting to like Namco more and more. I can only hope they are very supportive of Nintendo's next console with more RPG's preferably. In my opinion, they're better at that than Square-Enix. Sqaure-Enix has just been dissapointing lately. But thats another issue. Oh Yeah! Pac-Pix good game!!

I'm wandering how the commercial will be for this game once we near the release date . Will it appear too childish turning off those who will most likely dismiss it and miss out on a great experience. I'm interested in how the ad wizards will handle this one. Lets just hope the commercial doesn't feature - WHO LET THE DOGS OUT - music during the whole commercial.

Okay I'm the best when it comes to Pokemon because I never loss to a human. Although I have lost to the very difficult CPU of Pokemon Colosseum. I noticed over the years playing pokemon that they seem to have gotten weaker. What do I mean well you know their stats seem to have gone down a bit compared to the pokemon games of the past. Example MewTwo is not as powerful as its predesessor from blue and silver. Also the abra that I caught in blue is way more powerful than the one I have in Saphire. You see I raised from an egg. Well actually it took me 69 times exactly to get the perfect abra so It can be a very powerful Alakazaam. You know It had to be the perfect combination. one with Modest personality and sychronize abilility and it had to be a male. It was pumped as well with Carbs,Calciums and Irons etc...So its special will go through the roof. So it would be one powerful Alakazaam. However it it still not as nearly as powerful from old one. That goes4all.

Gamestop is a new addition to our town in direct competition of EBGames. Now that I hear this . It's kinda of silly because they are in progress in making a second EBGames in our town. Its silly because it is in the same proximity of Gamestop. Which practically almost across from each other. Like directly across the street. This was already in progress of being built and now set up before this news broke out. Now I wonder whats going to happen if they are merging.
