Be sure to double check the slot you inserted the video card into and clear it for obstacles, dust, contaminants, etc, and try unplugging it and plugging it back in but make sure it is in there snug and that everything "clicks" into place however it is supposed to, depending on the card slot you have. I haven't installed a new graphics card in a very long time so I don't know if things have changed but the card shouldn't display anything if it isn't inserted all the way.

You might need to fiddle with the BIOS settings make sure all your speeds are matched up properly and check with whoever makes the game you are having trouble with and see if there is a known issue related to that glitch and see if they have a patch to fix it. Also as always double check to make sure your drivers are up to date and everything in the settings is correct.

Without knowing specifics, what card you have, the details of the mother board, etc, it's really hard to narrow things down further than that. But I had a video card installed in an old desktop machine that had a piece of gravel stuck in the slot and it caused the thing to over heat a lot, not the same as what you are having but worth a shot just make sure you blow it out with a can of dust spray or whatever you use these days.

I thought all Zelda final bosses are difficult? Maybe I haven't played enough Zelda games to the end it would seem. Also it didn't as long to get bored as normal. I could blame it on the weather but the weather has been nice, so I have to place the blame on the headcold that decided to sneak up on me this weekend and screw with my brain.

I just started my annual replay of the NES Zelda titles. I am going to beat them both and then go through the different ones I have on Wii U virtual console, before digging into Wind Waker for a serious run once and for all. I figure if I can ever get past that stupid pirate island part that always makes me lose interest I might actually get into the game this time. I decided to play them in reverse order though so I am starting with Zelda II and if, and ONLY if I finally beat that son of a bitch will I replay Zelda NES again. I have beaten only two Zelda games in my lifetime, original and Link to the Past. I was on the final dungeon area of Minish Cap when my save got deleted, stupid sister! and I could never bring myself to go back to it after that.

So this weekend I am playing Zelda II on the NES, until I beat it or until I get bored.

I just started Last Man on Earth. I really enjoyed the first season I watched it all in one sitting, but I am not enjoying season 2 nearly as much. It still has it's moments but I can't quite figure out what changed from the first to now. Anyways it isn't the funniest show I have come across in years but it's a nice place holder until some of my favorite shows come back. 3/5 so far.

So if FF7 remake is supposedly coming to the system and so is the next proper full HD console release along side Zelda Wii U, doesn't that pretty much prove NX is going to be a full console? They just released New 3DS last year, there is no reason for them to abandon that so soon. Wii U is the machine that is slipping into a coma.
