4 more players to 15.

Been trying to figure out some things with the items and it is difficult as some of them items may be too overpowered so I may have to select different ones and I think instead of all the townies having items there would be less items to pull from but maybe I make them more than one time and they could go a different townie player each night. 

I may just forgo items if I can't figure something out before I get 4 more players.  I will keep everyone in the loop.

Sorry for the delay.   I think I am forgoing items for this game.  Just too many samey items with the way could be used.  I will notify folks on Discord about the game to see if I can get 4 more players.

Only change is that I added a mafia Role blocker on the Organization Mafia for more balance and also added more details on what happens with succession and who can be neighborized.

Alright folks if by Wednesday  midnight EST I don't have 15 players then I will start the game.  Sorry for the delay but I figured I would have the numbers to start the game earlier.   If the numbers stay as they are then I will likely have 3 Mafia members on the Organization Mafia Wesker and Sadler and one goon Alexia will start as one but I will have a Day 0 for her and maybe 1 or 2 less townies.

Day 0 will be on Thursday and the game proper will start on Friday Noon EST/9am PST.

So that is where we are at.
