Just going to bump this so it is on the front page.

http://www.develop-online.net/news/40084/GDC-Havok-secures-Wii-U-deal
Looks like Nintendo has inked another deal to license more Middleware and have it available for the developers on the WiiU platform.

This is the Havok physics and from what I can tell it has good adoption.  These deals are starting to show a little bit one how Nintendo wants to drive down the cost for developers on there platform.

Volume Pricing.

Anything new from anywhere yet? Can't find a darn thing. Well beyond some Batman DLC that may come with the Wii U version. That and some Battle Field 3 info that should be making it's way to Wii U.

Wii U footage of Aliens CM(?) shows up in Epic's UE3 games reel
http://kotaku.com/5891433/this-is-why-everybody-and-their-brother-uses-unreal-engine-3

direct youtube link (but really, nothing new to see here)

It looks like all Wii U stuff was shown Monday and Tuesday and then erased from existence for Wed - Fri.

maybe some whispers will leak out come friday though, so don't give up hope of hearing something.

I have my doubts that the Aliens: Colonial Marines is from the Wii U version. It looks similar to the canned footage used in E3 2011.

which would be why I said "nothing new to see here" ;)

But it looks like Medal of Honor Warfighter is not only coming to Wii U but being released a week before ACIII(10/31) on Oct 23, 2012

"Medal of Honor: Warfighter" published on 23 October for PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U.

Does this point to Wii U being released in or before Sept?
But of course that is the only source that mentions Wii U, so take it as you will.

From GDC please read! Pretty touching, regarding the development of Mario 3D Land after the earthquake in Japan.

This game has been like a light finally shining into what has been such a depressing time. I felt like this game has given me the power to go on living. It's something like a miracle. It's helped me remember pure feeling from a more innocent time. I want to thank the development team.
