From sugar cane. HFCS is apparently no worse for you than actual sugar, it's just cheaper, at least in the US.

Sugar made from cane or even beet sugar. Both taste way better. I loved the Pepsi and Mountain Dew Throwback campaign. Love Jones soda.

Splenda is the best. Diet soda has never tasted so good.

So I buy a jug of Arizona Ice Tea, the green tea kind, which says it has honey and ginseng. I look at the ingredients, and what does it have?

High Fructose Corn Syrup! So they use Honey, and HFCS? That can't be good, but it has ginseng. Ginseng! That does...good stuff to you right?

HFCS has been proven to cause a lot of health issues. It is linked to many obesity cases.

But people have too much sweetener of any kind. Seriously, bread has HFCS.

I want juice that is just juice. Nearly every kind has buckets of sugar/other sweetener. People have killer sweet tooths that need to be pulled. If you need to put sugar in your corn-flakes... :/

I like to add fruit. Like strawberries, raspberries, bananas and blueberries. Also I like to add walnuts and almonds occasionally.
