Never got around to seeing Black Panther, and I'll get around to the other Marvel films he was in eventually.
It's a real credit to his craft and his character that he managed to put out as many films (and films he was generally quite highly regarded in) as he did while he was undergoing Cancer treatment, without the fact that he WAS undergoing cancer treatment ever leaking.
It's a real shame to see a talented actor die so young. Sadly, he's not the first and probably won't be the last to do so before we finally find a cure for Cancer.
I must confess I've been neglecting my own health screenings in recent years. Between lack of funds; my own obvious health issues; and a general dislike for bad news I've been avoiding seeing a doctor. I hope that if his death has any positive effect, it's to encourage others to see their own doctors and to do so often to catch these conditions as early as possible.
