I don't have an IMAX in my area unfortunately, but I'll definitely be seeing it in 3D at my regular theatre. First time for years I'll have watched a 3D movie in the cinemas.

Every film I've seen in 3d since Avatar has been "not Avatar" for 3d. This movie looks like a movie where depth is a thing. So, sold.

Also, I have a brown beard and curly golden hair. Iron fish now looks like me. I wish he wore the "man in black" costume with a yellow headband instead.

Avatar was a movie that excelled at showing the technology, but had an awful story. I am hoping Doctor Strange shows us advanced technology while also having a great story.

If there's one thing Doctor Strange will be, it's a spectacle I the big screen. As far as story goes..., well they didn't dabble too far into it other than basic plot lines, but there's some solid humor, crazy action, mind blowing visuals, and what appears to be a competent story lifted in part from the comics. It'll be great, well all love it, and try to compare reasonings for calling it our favorite Marvel movie of the year... Or maybe even favorite Marvel movie so far.

I would change the lettering to fit the actual font, but the pic itself fits the visual mind-**** of the movie.

Even if he has hinted that taking on this role has basically killed off the chance of more Sherlock after season 4.

Why? Other actors are able to juggle multiple roles in movies and shows, why not Cumberbatch? Or does he not want to travel between countries for filming multiple projects?

because Avengers 3 starts shooting soon, Strange is rumored to be involved.
Avengers 4 shoots back-to-back to that. And if he has a small chance of crossing over over to The Defenders, anything Netflix or even AoS.... does that leave time for a starring role on Doctor Who?

I think it would be wise for them to wrap up the Sherlock series with a pretty little bow at the end of this new season/series. It's a good show, but it is losing cultural influence with each long delay until the next series.

Call it quiets while you are ahead.

I can imagine the Defenders series shifting from Heroes for Hire into Defenders. All they have to do is have Doctor Strange Show up Luke Skywalker style. They walk into a library, Doctor Strange turns around and stares at the camera and the season ends with that.

The problem is both Freeman and Cumberbatch was tied up doing Hobbit, Cumberbatch was on there himself plus Strange filming and Moffat is doing Doctor Who. So we wind up with 12-18 month gaps between each season. Cumberbatch can't do more Sherlock if he has to commit to a lot of Marvel films for the next few years.

It's still pulling roughly 10 million people here each season (which for UK numbers is huge), so the delay hasn't made people get bored in any way.

The delays may actually help the quality of the show as they have time to refine the scripts, get the costumes done right, and hire the right people for the right roles.

AoS: Ghost Rider

4 Episodes in and every episode has been good so far. Ghost Rider has been one of the best things too.
So ready for that Spin-off.

This was a pretty dope moment too.

but one of the best moments, was the Naked Gun scene at the end. LOL.
