20TEN -Prince.

Stepping out of fanboy mode for a second, I have to very critical of the album first off.  The Prince's effort for the album is best compare to that of Metallica's on Death Magnetic; Forced. Fans have been clamoring for him to go back to his roots, which he did.  While a lot the tracks are good, some are even the best he's done in years, they still don't have the pop of his older stuff.  They're good songs BUT they're at a disadvantage just because Prince made the tracks.  Like I said, solid tracks, they just don't go anywhere unexpected.  Which I feel like the songs were slightly-by-the-numbers  because he was trying to sound like himself 30 years ago and he kind of lost his fluidity and variety he usually puts in his songs. It's a solid album, just nothing to write home about.  Oh and the 3 ballads suck balls, but I haven't liked a ballad he's done since 1988.

 6.999/10.

Not a real big difference though. The first two both got 33/40, the third got 31/40. It would be like the difference between a game getting 9.3 and 9.5 basically.

Oh, that's higher than I originally thought. I thought the prime games got in the high twenty range. :P Curse my memory.

Well, first couple of review scores are up.

Nintendo Power- 8.5
Famitsu- 9/9/8/9 (35/40)
Game Informer (Aus)-8 [apparently, the US score will be very different]

Isn't an 8 on Game Informer pretty much an 11/10? :P  And I'm pretty sure Famitsu gave the game a higher score than any of the prime trilogy, though I could be wrong.

I'm curious as to why Nintendo just can't do something that follows Fusion. I wouldn't mind seeing the fusion suit returning.

I had a strange dream last night. Everything was a cartoon.  I was this misshaped blob of caucasian color and I needed to get into Carl's house (of ATHF fame), who was wearing a blue jump suit at the time.  He told me my pokemon weren't leveled high enough to enter.  I leave and just kind of hang out in his front lawn in the grass.

That's all I remember.

I think he's talking about DLC and not necessarily games. He's saying that you don't have to go find new levels for Smash 3DS. They'll already be downloaded and ready to go.

Or perhaps even speaking about downloading patches without even booting the game up first.

Not being reported at any sites, just a rumor from someone at E3.

He said Ubisoft was binging the A "gamer" games to the 3DS and one of them was a new IP.
We're gonna have to take his word on it for 2 more days, but I don't have a link to any sort of news story.

ah, i gotcha.

so much effing anticipation. I really want to find out; 1.) Just how powerful this thing is and 2.) if the DSware is going to be expanded on, and if so, how much.

A-Team.

so f**king awesome/10

I went in with really low expectations and pretty much blown away at just how good the movie turned out.  The acting is what really wins in this film, which Rampage Jackson does a surprisingly good job.  The action is way, way over the top and captures the spirit of 80's action films very well.
