I was actually referring to your Dalton avatar (reg-Dalton > mustache-Dalton). Was I not clear? I apologize.

You talk about Dalton avatars as though you are an expert but I don't see you sporting a Dalton avatar. I question the validity of your arguement.

DALTWNED

I know enough about Dalton to know I don't know enough about Dalton.

P.S. - Yay Rock Band, boo to no catch-up tracks.

Here's the week's DLC update, its the rest of Guns N' Roses Chinese Democracy.
“Shackler’s Revenge” is not part of the update because it comes on the RB2 disc.
Also, there are no backlog songs for the Wii this week apparently.

Chinese Democracy
Better
Street of Dreams
If the World
There Was a Time
Catcher in the Rye
Scraped
Riad N’ the Bedouins
Sorry
I.R.S.
Madagascar
This I Love
Prostitute

As is old Guns N' Roses isn't bad enough...

I'm being lazy and would like someone to answer this for me:

Is Master Of Puppets featured on either Rock Band 2  or Guitar Hero: World Tour as DLC?

anybody see the Beatles RB box art?

It's better than GH: Metallica's, but it still sucks.

EasyCure - No. It's only on GH Metallica. Chinese Democracy...is terrible, though Madagascar is a decent song (it's the song they played at the end of the VMAs on MTV many years ago).

And you guys get Toby Keith in a week or two.  I find it strange that Harmonix picked really awful DLC for once, while GH has Steely Dan and Motohead coming Thursday and next week.

Dangit thats what i was afraid of. A friend is visiting next week and wanted to play that on GH/RB but i wasn't sure if it was DLC or GH:Metallica only.. maybe i can rent the game just to make him happy..

if not screw it, we'll still have a moist time rocking out to better bands!

May 11th DLC

Wii:Psychedelic Furs - Pretty in Pink
Sixx:A.M. - Life is Beautiful

HD:
Social Distortion - Bad Luck
Social Distortion - Ring of Fire
Social Distortion - Story of My Life

I like the song "Pretty In Pink" but thats a really odd choice for this game, in my eyes anyway. I just don't like playing to the slow songs I suppose..

With that said, why do they insist on having the more country-esque Social D songs on these games rather than the more fast paced punk songs they put out? Theres SO many awesome songs they could pick from but no, they go with the country/blues style tunes. Outta those three, the Cash cover is probably the fastest playing one and thats not saying much. Might as well put "Ball & Chain" on the DLC list next geez.
Gimme some "1945," "Let It Be Me," "It's the Law," or even some "Reach for the Sky" for fucks sake!

I beg to differ:

May 19th DLC

For Wii
The Knack - My Sharona*
Buzzcocks - Ever Fallen in Love*

I think those are AWESOME choices. I actually just learned how to play most of My Sharona on my new (used) drum-set, so i'm pretty happy i get to have my friends/family rock out with me to this since its been in my head alot lately. As for Buzzcocks, thats just awesome. Sure there's tons of covers of that song out there that would've been a better quality (for instance Anti-Flag did a GREAT cover) but the original is still a nice choice. I'll be downloading these for sure.

Once again, disappointed. When I read the Cranberries, I almost had a good feeling, because then I read Zombies, which tricked me into thinking the song "Zombie" from the Cranbberries was coming. It's Linger. Fucking Linger. The game, unless I'm mistaken is called ROCK Band. Pretty cool that Wii is getting Still Alive though...perhaps a hint that Portal is on it's way?

Ministry is amazing, but what's with the lame selection?  Rio Grande Blood is horrible.  Dip into the early catalog!!

I usually only buy Rock Band DLC as it comes out but I've got 2 free songs I got from the current Pepsi promotion and I looked back through the whole selection to pick a couple and was amazed at how many tracks they've built up over the past couple years.
