As we head into the beer-a-palooza that is the Canada Day / July 4 double shot, it's a light week for download releases given that we're at the end of the quarter. Tuesday saw the North American release of RPG Maker FES, which Matt reviewed and found to be tricky, but servicable. The other big release of the week for North America is GoNNer, which Neal will be reviewing for us shortly, though some might call the Breath of the Wild DLC pack 1 bigger than all of them.
The retro releases have a couple of interesting firsts as Data East joins the Arcade Archives party with Magical Drop II. The Wii U VC has slowed down, but we do get two more TG-16 titles today with Bonk 3 and Devil's Crush (the best "Devil's" game on the system by about the distance between the Earth and Jupiter).
Japan is the big mover in the Switch this week with six new games out, including latecomer Lego City Undercover and interesting looking indie titles De Mambo and Photon^3. Europe (and North America) gets Mighty Gunvolt Burst on 3DS in addition to the Switch duo, plus Alien Crush and Neutopia II on Wii U VC.
