I didn't really care for KDL3.... the levels were longer.....but they were also more boring to me.......  the goals for each stage were a nice touch but I was so bored with the game by the time I got to the end, I didnt want to go back to complete the objectives i had missed to get the true* ending.

I played KA after playing KDL2, so I can't feel it being a step back,  it was one of those gb games that didnt suffer a lot from the blur you got with some of the earlier games.  Quite enjoyable for a portable game, which might also be why it was made to be shorter* than KA.

Did KDL2 really come out before KA?  Either way I enjoyed the GB game very much, especially the Super Gameboy coloring treatment it had.


Consequently I am pissed the 3ds doesnt have those pallettes available, even the gba allowed the altering of color schemes........

My only problem with Ages was the dancing game to get the mermaid keys.  I could never beat it to get to the dungeon. Im hoping it will go better with the 3ds version.

This was my third snes game way back when.  It was challenging as all heck, but the beautiful levels made up for it.  The ship/raft level was awesome to go through.  I think the return trip fetch was absolute bs, but thats a different topic.

WHHHHYYYYY??   Why have the same color for the two different models?  I could see a different color deluxe, but won't uninformed customers get confused?  They should have made the deluxe only but still.........

SMB Lost levels isn't a game to tempt me to buy another game.  Would have made more sense for it to have been a DKC or original arcade DK game.

I really liked the Link's Awakening with all the small touches they put into it, compared to other gb games at the time.  Minish Cap was really nice and well done, and the Oracle games were fun, though Ages gave me fits due to the rhythem dancing game. Grr never did beat that game because of it.

The Ds games.......did not like touch controls.  Spirit Tracks was a better game, but the pan flute was absolute bs to get it to work right.  My brother never finished his game because of the annoyance of learning songs with it.

I love puzzle swap, but I don't run into pink piece holders often enough.  In the last few weeks, i got one new piece for Brain Age, only to be set back 16 due to ACNL puzzle and the Dillon one.  I wish the directs would send out special miis with the pieces OR only send out pink pieces when starting a new puzzle.....

One of my favorite games in the series.  I do have to change the control scheme before starting, as the original setting feels awkward.  The atmosphere goes really well with this game, Can't wait to get the Wii U version and be an official part of the community* despite having the other versions of it.

Always liked this game, especially the all-stars remake and the advance version.  Would love to get the Mario advance games on the 3ds eshop......
