In "Sonic Adventure DX Director's Cut," it's up to Sonic and his pals to save the planet from the evil Dr. Eggman, who has returned to once again try his hand at world domination. The evil Doctor's scheme is to steal the seven Chaos Emeralds and raise the all-powerful Chaos monster to do his bidding. Entangled in Dr. Eggman's sinister plot, Sonic must enlist the help of his friends Amy, Tails, Knuckles and Big to foil Eggman's every move.  

The game features a graphically-enhanced 3D world that harnesses the power of the Nintendo GameCube; six playable characters each with his/her own skills and abilities as well as 30 massive levels, over-the-top boss battles and mini-games featuring the one-of-a-kind Chao AI characters. the demo  seemed to have a real screwed up camera, i hope that is fixed on this release. anyone know??

In the US/Japan, perhaps, but that isn't PAL territory. I'd love to see it selling brand new in Australia for $40, but chances are that it'll sell for ~$90. http://nintendo.com.au doesn't even have it set down for a release in Australia, but then again, it's very slow in updating the game list.

Is the game any better than the demo on the Preview Disc?  If it is... I might be interested in the game one day.  But the demo on the Preview Disc was just messed.  It was buggy, it was slow, and the camera was horrible.

If the camera issue hasn't been fixed from the Dreamcast version, I'll pass.  Rather wait for Sonic Heroes.

Yes, unless the camera bugged you in the Dreamcast version, you might want to stay away from this version. I'm only in for the new missions that I heard was added.
