Multiple wireless features have been announced for Mario Golf: World Tour. Players will be able to compete against others in real time over the Internet and will also be able to upload their scores for specific courses in worldwide tournaments. Mario Golf: World Tour will also include the Community feature that was present in Mario Kart 7. Like the feature in Mario Kart 7, it will be possible to enforce special rules in communities.

Those looking for a more local experience don't have to worry as Mario Golf: World Tour will support local wireless play.

Mario Golf: World Tour will be released on the 3DS sometime this Summer.
