You may be better off picking an American company...

Perhaps this is for his International Business class?

Why is this in Other Systems?
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

I have no idea about the answers to any of those questions.

You should do Google. That'd be easy:

VII. "don't be evil"
VIII. everyone with a computer
IX. people
X. 100%

It would be easier to do a US company because I don't think any one of us knows how to dive into Japanese financial reports, and Japanese Financial reporting standards may not include all the information you need.

But, as a last resort, try going to Nintendo's own American website and digging through their corporate links. If you're lucky, then they might have available financial information in english in long legalese reports there...

Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things;

For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Sega and her Mashiro.

Nintendo is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, first section, ID number 7974

They're also available in American Depository Receipts on the pinksheets exchange in the US, under the symbol NTDOY.

The President and CEO is of course Satoru Iwata, but I'm not sure what he makes (my 2004 annual report doesn't have that info in it).

Revenue for FY 2005 was $4.788 Billion and that's a little under 2% decline from last year.

Top three competitors are Sony, Microsoft, and Sega-Sammy (the latter is only a competitor in the Arcade business, and a partner in several other ventures)

More challenges: Overcoming industry contraction in Japan
Regaining overall market share in the home control industry
Maintaining a leadership position in an increasingly competitive handheld market
Returning the Mariners to playoff competitiveness while not spending too much

The Nintendo Website has a great history of Nintendo page in its business section of the website.

Also there is a book you could read: "Game Over:  How Nintendo Conquered the World"

I dunno about any other sources.

I am also doing a business profile project for school, so I am looking for similar information.

I am really looking for business practices and management style.

I have some information that can help you.  If you PM me your E-mail address I can send you some story links.

The Mission Statement can be found in the corporate side of Nintendo's website...as well as some financial information, and I think the financial reports actually have a little bit of the strategies for the future in it...not much though.
