Cold. That's the most obvious thing about that place.

All we do is sit around and mine **** and go about our daily business in the coldest part of the universe. I swear, there's nothing glorious about what we do. We're just workers. Nothing more, nothing less.

But I guess you need something to work with. Let me start by saying I have no idea what the **** really happened. Nobody does. All I can say is what I saw, what I witnessed. There was some dark **** that happened down in those mines, and it isn't something I like to talk about.

I'll start at the beginning. Somehow, someway, a normal day turned out to be more volatile than it appeared. Turns out, when we blinked and opened our eyes something had changed. We didn't start to notice until it was too late.

That bastard, Fairman, was sabotaging us.

Whoo hoo....

It starts. Alright. I got no PM, so I am a regular townie.

So this game is going to be weird...we know almost nothing. I would say we need to figure out a means to find out what abilities are here, but honestly anyone and everyone will lie...or at least we can't trust that they are not.

If you are the detective the most important thing is to lay low, investigate, and when you know someone is safe truly safe start building that important townie alliance.

Wait...I am confused. Originally it was posted this was a closed game which meant nobody knew what roles were available...then you posted this:

Town (x8 players, 3 power roles):
Cop - investigates a person each night
Doctor - protects a person each night
Manager - has double vote power for one day (activated by sending a PM to the host)
Worker - normal townie role

Mafia (x3 players, 2 power roles):
Godfather - sends in hit, immune to investigation
Bodyguard - can protect the Godfather one night (activated by sending a PM to the host), takes over hit duties if Godfather dies and loses his ability
Insurgent - normal mafia role, takes over hit duties if Godfather and Bodyguard are dead

So does this mean these roles are in the game definitely...these roles COULD be in the game, but maybe not. Or that there will be 3 townie power roles and the above listed were examples and there will be 2 Mafia power roles and the both listed were just an example.

Please do enlighten your fellow players.

They are in-game. There weren't enough players for a good closed set-up, so those roles are definitely in. Sorry for any confusion.

Townies job is to die, preferably after taking out some mafia members, but if it means I prevent attacks on other more valuable townies so be it. However, I really don't want to die first day, and should try to protect myself so...
