007 No Time To Die: A decent send off to Daniel Craig, but that ending drew a lot of questions M says this will cause an international incident, and possibly a war, with a British ship firing missiles in an island in an area disputed between the Russians and Japanese, but they fire away and the movie completely skips over any potential fallout of that to give Bond a eulogy.
The movie also had too many secondary characters to service in this plot. Paloma only appears for one scene and and is never mentioned again - you could have cut her out entirely and have a no-name extra silently deliver the suit and Bond does everything himself, and the movie would carry on as normal.
Nomi was off-screen for bits doing things that we dont see or hear about, and for most of the final act M, Q and Moneypenny are all in one room together talking at a screen
I was really expecting a David Tennant's 10 Doctor style "i dont wanna go" but that didnt happen either. His final line was "i know". Underwhelming exit.
To wrap up his era this was completely fine, but this was no Skyfall either.
Also, it's hilarious that Judi Dench has been in more 007 movies than than any other lead. This franchise ultimately belongs to her, and i hope she comes back a third time.
