Hmm, mine's pretty standard, my favourite song of all time - 'Black' by Pearl Jam plus another Pearl Jam song 'Footsteps' that just seemed to fit together nicely.
“I waited all day. you waited all day.. but you left before sunset.. and I just wanted to tell you the moment was beautiful. Just wanted to dance to bad music drive bad cars.. watch bad TV.. should have stayed for the sunset...if not for me.”

I started with "Bill" back when I signed up originally, but I eventually got bored with it and asked for "Aurion" to be added to the end of it (because I love Kratos Aurion from Tales of Symphonia so much! )...

I was at first "Nitsujdark" but like Bill my love of Tales of Symphonia forced me to become "Nitsu Niflheim"  And that is the epilogue of this chapter of my life...

Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

........Aha, what?

I haven't used that name in MONTHS...(I'm always changing it so it's Akai ____-chan, depending on what strikes my fancy for the day)...You must use some really crappy program like Trillian or something that never reflects the changes that buddies make to their names...

My handle is shortened from Ultimate Party Bear, which comes from an inside joke that involves Battlefield 1942 and Sealab 2021.  I only started using it online because my preferred name, which is based on a lifelong nickname that I used to hate but eventually embraced, is always taken.  Always.  Except here, oddly enough, on the one site I use the Party Bear one instead.

Mr. Jack is a System of a Down song (the oldest one) and SoaD is one of my favorite bands. The name sounded cool so I started using it instead of my nintend0nick handle.

From Wiki:

"Easy Cure were a British punk rock and post-punk influenced band from Crawley, Sussex formed during the late '70s by former members of Malice. Easy Cure went on to fame when, after several lineup changes, they became The Cure."

The Cure, after i got into their music, became my most favorite band and biggest influence. I chose EasyCure to reflect their beginnings with my beginnings on this forum (first, and really only forum im a part of). also because it represents the band when they were a bit more of a punk band and when i first got into music it was all old 70s punk, and like them, i too changed and grew into a wider range of styles.

My avatar is from their 1982 album; Pornography not one of my favorite albums but one of the best covers they have.

EASYCURE: I remember thinking(don't ask me why) this was a blond haired, blue eyed, chiseled athlete. Like he looked like Seigfried before he became Nightmare.

I tried using my real name, but it had already been taken. So I used my nickname, "Geech". My friends started using the word to describe something that described something funny and different. I have no clue where they got it. I guess I fit the bill so much that they decided to just use it as my permanent label. Which is why I decided I'd use it here.

ZZ Top Album

It was just sitting on my dad's desk when I was 12 or so and I was like "cool!"  And then later I found it is something particularly violent.  So I keep it around as a reminder for my own naivety.

No, it's Eric. A pretty common name so it's normally taken anyway.

I'm curious where you got your username.

My name comes from the Soul Calibur fighter Maxi.

I am pretty good with him and he has an similar personality as me.
Maxi is dead. I killed him and took his posts and changed genders.

But I thought you were named after... ;)

Quote from: Wikipedia
Stratos (Greek: στρατός, meaning "army") is a fictional character from the popular Masters of the Universe franchise.

He is a member of the Heroic Warriors. Stratos is the leader of a race of Bird People from the land of Avion, Eternians with the power of flight and other bird-like abilities. The Bird People are close allies of He-Man, and Stratos is one of his most trusted warriors. Besides the power of flight and his aerial acrobatic skills, Stratos is also a handy spy for the Heroic Warriors due to his sharp, bird-like eyes. In several versions of the franchise, he can also fire energy blasts from his hands.
