I will never complain about a Mafia game, because it is just a game, and you should always have fun.
I will reflect that this was my worst game yet. Tons of personal mistakes jeopardized the Mafia, and they were my fault. Yet, I did try to use my mistakes to my advantage and learn alot. I believe this game (and last) proved the power on alliances within townies. If townies can get a trusted alliance going without any Mafia deceit then the townies can almost always win.
In the end, Vudu did not decide on that last hit on Stevey. I did. To me I had misguided suspicion on whether or not Stevey was the bomber. I was leaning more to YES, but I wanted to take control of my own destiny and not allow anyone to kill me but myself. We didn't even know if the hit would be allowed to be carried out because vudu would be killed in the vote.
And I was still hoping that perhaps Khush was protecting a hidden identity behind the threat of the bomber. My fingers were crossed that perhaps, just maybe that would happen.
In the end, it didn't matter even thought my accidental private message thatguy and Khush had already decided TVman and I were Mafia...and would be hellbent to prove it early. I don't know how they caught on to vudu, because he played a very good game.
Now there is one more Mafia member left, and I know he isn't who everyone expects it to be. So perhaps the Mad Scientist can bring a Mafia member back to life...just for fun. Perhaps keep the raising of the dead secret and see what happens. hehehe...but alas that won't happen.
As for this game, it was fun...specially thatguy who deducted well and roleplayed better...but E3 got in the way of the experience.
At the end of August or so I will want to host another game. It will not be a traditional Mafia, but it won't be crazy either. I have an idea that will allow us to play with several different roles that people may have missed, but will also eliminate the two very influential roles from the game.
Hopefully, everyone will give me a chance when I create this game.
