Nintendo Gaming / Sin and Punishment port of the US DS
« on: October 22, 2004, 03:30:34 PM »
I thought about it, and I realized that Nintendo can strengthen their American DS lineup by port the Treasure made "Sin and Punishment."  We never got the Nintendo 64 version, and I always read about how good it was in magazines, and by word of mouth.  I guess I only have myself to blame, but my lazy complaining self wouldn't be the same if I actually did something about it.

General Chat / Spider Man the New Animated Series "MTV"
« on: September 22, 2004, 10:50:20 PM »
Has anyone checked this show out, its mighty fine.  I'm totally addicted to the cell shaded look, and wished more North American animations used this technique.  I think the show has good writing, because I see myself laughing and enjoying the plot at the same time.  I went as far as to buy the Special edition DVD, I just hope someone else can enjoy it as much as me.  This show is made by Mainframe the same people that made Beast Wars, Beast Machines.

Nintendo Gaming / EB in Santa Monca California has DS for $200
« on: July 08, 2004, 03:51:49 PM »

I was visiting EB in Santa Monica Mall, and found a price on a picture of a DS.  The price was $200, and I don’t recall Nintendo ever announcing an official price point to their handheld.  When I asked the clerk if that would be the price when it launches, he said yes.  I'm skeptical that he knows the price of the handheld already, but who knows.  I think EB is just estimating the price, because they didn't give me the option of pre ordering it.  What do you guys think ?

General Gaming / Sammy's Atomiswave
« on: February 26, 2004, 05:05:21 PM »

SNK is using Atomiswave as their new arcade platform, and Sega is also developing games for it.  I won't pretend that I know a lot about arcade games and their respected hardware, but this new hardware excites me because I have enjoyed SNK games on the Neo Geo MVS, and  Sega games on Hikaru, and Naomi.  If the Atomiswave is as low cost to make games for as Sammy says it is, I hope Midway can make a comeback with their Thunder series.  One thing I  hope doesn’t happen is that the Triforce hardware gets ignored because of the Atomiswave.

General Chat / Triumph the Insult Comic Dog
« on: February 07, 2004, 06:38:52 AM »

Any Robert Smigel fans in these forums?  I just love the bad special effects, and the sheer comedy genius of Triumph.   Robert doesn't even try to evade the camera anymore, so its extra funny.  I think  my favorite Triumph the Insult Comic Dog appearance was when he visited Star wars Nerds, but after that the next funniest appearances where the Dog show classics.  Wow, Triumph is so great, and amazing.................FOR ME TO POOP ON!

Nintendo Gaming / EA publishing Burnout 3, and Time Splitters 3
« on: January 22, 2004, 05:41:33 PM »
Seeing that We have been talking about Acclaim, and Eidos refusal to support the Gamecube with their  mediocre games because they weren’t selling well on Gamecube in the past, and they haven’t been selling well because In my opinion I think some gamers have good taste.  Yet  they had at least 1 game each I was interested in, and now that EA has picked up the publishing rights for Burnout 3, and Timesplitters 3  it makes me sleep like a fetus instead of a Baby.

Nintendo Gaming / Homeworld screens
« on: December 25, 2003, 07:19:31 PM »
In  Jeux-France.com( "game"-France)  I found new screens of Homeland from Chunsoft.  This games visuals look like a cross from Wind Waker and Animal crossing, very very original and the character designs are very good.  I hope this becomes a quality piece of software that will be imported to America, so far I'm liking it.

General Gaming / Gotham Racing 2 in trouble in "down under"
« on: November 17, 2003, 05:10:50 PM »
I know there's a lot of Australians on these forums, and I was thinking about his.  According to Gamespot, GTA lll was pulled awas from stores by politicians because of its mature content.  But now State Labor party member Paul Gibson is trying to ban Gotham Racing 2.  He wants to ban it because he thinks speeding sends a wrong message to people that play the game .

I'm American, and  I get pissed when they try to  censor things for the good of "society."  You aussies should protest or something

well I read about his  here Gamespot- Gotham Racing 2

Nintendo Gaming / (Piracy) Gamecube
« on: October 15, 2003, 04:49:05 PM »
I for one think people that pirate games are selfish, disrespectfull, and other stuff that would make me banned if I said more.  The reason i bring this up in the Gamecube discussion forum, is because pirates have infiltrated the Gamecube.  New Gamecube Network Loader

People dont understand that good, original games that are good should be supported by ca$h.  That I'm too poor to buy new games anyway excuse is old too, If you can't afford to buy new released games, dont be selfish and wait!  More powerful computers are coming out, and if piracy becomes as  popular like it is in China, there wont be a game industry!

Well, if that happens maybe arcades will come back.....but thats beside the point.

Hey dudes,  ATI announced today that it was going to have a techonological agreemant with Microsoft next Xbox system.  They arent really specific, but its not hard to assume that they might make a graphics chip.  will ATI make a chip for Nintendo and Microsoft?  Will Nintendo work with Nvidia?  Im still thinking about it.

Ok I may sound a little fanboyish and maybe a little retarded but there it goes; what happened to my highly anticipated Too Human?  I really assumed it was going to be showed 2003 E3, after all what else could they be doing. WhaT? What the FU#$ Metal Geat Solid: Twin Snakes? Kick ass woooo, wait its a remake? But Silicon Knights is making it!?!?!?!?! But I think Silicon Knights biggest attribute is its story telling.  The new Metal Gear Solid is going to be great, but i think Too Human would have been more interesting just for the fact of it being new. Too Human announcments should come soon Silicon Knights!!! I HATE YOU................I cant stay mad at you I'm sorry, i love you I didnt mean it!  But in all seiousness, I feel that this title wasn't really needed for the Nintendo brand, and that Silicon Knights could have something with more quality and maybe even a bigger hit.

Please Reply, Im interested in any kind of critcism and support
