It gives a step-by-step direction on how to do it. The most important thing to make sure is the hosting service of your preference MUST support PHP. Or it will not work.

It's Okita Souji from Peace Maker Kurogane, which is pretty accurate when it comes down to the skills and personalities of the Shinsengumi captains during the clan's existence. Not only was he the best samurai for the Shinsengumi(yes, in real life!

), he was also apparently very cute...Yeah, I did say he...

Fluke: Oh, come on, as long as you think it's a girl everything's okay. I bet with most anime characters the gender was changed afterwards. Hell, the german translation of Sailormoon changed the gender of some villain! (not to forget, Nintendo did the same with Birdo!)
