THQ SHIPS RUGRATS GO WILD FOR GAME BOY ADVANCE AND PC

Based On Upcoming Cross-Over Movie Event Of The Year, The Rugrats Team Up With The Wild Thornberrys In An Action-Packed Adventure.

CALABASAS HILLS, Calif. May 28, 2003. THQ Inc. today announced the release of Rugrats Go Wild for Game Boy Advance and PC. Based on Paramount/Viacom's animated theatrical release scheduled to hit theaters June 13th, Rugrats Go Wild is now available at retail outlets throughout North America.

"THQ's Nickelodeon videogame sales exceed $300 million at retail," said Peter Dille, senior vice president, worldwide marketing, THQ. "Working with Nickelodeon on the Rugrats-Thornberrys cross-over event is another example of the strength and depth of the Nickelodeon/THQ master' licensing agreement."

"We are thrilled to be working with THQ on a unique Rugrats/Wild Thornberrys adventure that families can enjoy," said Steve Youngwood, vice president, Nickelodeon Media Products Group. "Videogames continue to be a strong extension of all our major brands."

Based on Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies' upcoming film "Rugrats Go Wild," the videogame features the Rugrats and The Wild Thornberrys in an adventure that has them surviving a sinking ship and wandering through a deserted island rainforest getting into all sorts of trouble. Fans will have the unique ability to play as both Rugrats and Thornberrys characters as they travel through an expansive island wilderness including jungles, caves, beaches and swamps. Rugrats Go Wild also features seven replayable action games; players will have the ability to beat their best score on three difficulty levels.
