Hey dudes I jsut got this game (with no Wii Speak) is it any good?
Some would say it is an acquired taste. If you like only games which are fast-paced or have action, then you're not going to like this one bit. Basically, the game is all about collecting. Your goals are to get all the furniture sets, clothing, and other stuff you can buy, catch all of the bugs and fish, and dig up all the fossils and gyroids. Most of this takes money, which you can get by selling fruit that you pick from trees, and bugs and fish that you catch. You can also beautify your town by buying and planting flowers, and you can breed special flowers if you plant different colours next to each other and water them every day.
There isn't usually much you can do in any single day, so you won't be playing for hours on end when it's just you. You should play for, like, 30 minutes each day to keep up with everything, so it would need to become part of your routine. But you don't need to water your flowers or talk to your villagers every day if you don't care about that part. If you just want to fill the shop catalogue or the museum then you don't have to play too much. You just have to make sure you get everything that's available in that month. Or you could just use the game to chat with the people here, like what Kraken did. What you get out of the game depends on what you put into it.
