Ubisoft's request to temporarily restrain the release of OG's Get Up and Dance was denied.

Ubisoft filed for a temporary restraining order on OG's new dance game due to its similarity to their own popular Just Dance series. They claimed that the avatars and instructors in Get Up and Dance looked almost identical to their own. However, US District Judge Charles R. Breyer denied them by saying "Ubisoft has not clearly demonstrated likelihood they are substantially similar."

Get Up and Dance was able to go on sale, however, Ubisoft has said it is appealing the courts decision.
