This game looks like An Acid Trip's Trip on Acid. 

It looks amazing cool, but what the hell...videos are totally needed to explain what is going on.

I don't know what a sequel could add to the formula, except maybe faster movement without the paddle controller.

I don't think it needs to add anything beyond more of the same. People will still eat it up! I'm not saying that is a bad thing either.

Bleeding eyes of happiness... it's the Japanese debut trailer. They have to bring this game to Wii.
I know it's coming out for 360, but I really want it on Wii so that there is some kind of connectivity bonus between both versions, or as an extra control option by using the touchscreen on the DS as my virtual paddle.
