N++ Announced, Release Platforms Not Revealed
« on: March 28, 2013, 07:44:45 PM »

The third game in the N series is coming. Which systems will pick it up?

N++, the sequel to N+, was officially announced by developer Metanet Software during a panel at this weeks Game Developers Conference (GDC).

Metanet Software most recently released an entry in the N series on the Nintendo DS in 2008. Since then, the developer has been struggling while attempting to develop games outside of the N franchise.

N++ is set to be the final entry in the N series. After its completion, the developers hope they can move on to new projects.

The original N was released only on the PC, while its sequel N+ was released on multiple platforms, including the Nintendo DS. During the panel, there was no word on what platforms N++ would be heading to, but it will hopefully be available on a Nintendo system once again.
