Ubisoft is bringing a lot of support to the Wii U's launch, and here's a sample of it.
Ubisoft is known for their strong support of console launches, and the Wii U is no exception. Originally announced as Killer Freaks from Outer Space at 2011's E3, ZombiU comes from Ubisoft's Montpellier studio, known for their work on Rayman Origins and Beyond Good & Evil. Rabbids Land, in development at Ubisoft Paris, is a Wii U iteration of the popular mini-game collection series that began on Wii. Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2013 allows players to keep fit and have fun, creating a workout routine as well as challenging friends.
ZombiU

Developer: Ubisoft Montpellier
Players: 1-2
Off-TV Play: No
What is it?: A first-person shooter that tasks players to survive in a zombie-ridden London, England. But it's not shoot first, ask questions later. This is a world where death comes instantly, and has deadly ramifications. Fall to the zombie horde and it's back to the beginning in the shoes of a new survivor. Track down your zombified former self, and take it down to reclaim your weapons and loot. It's not dog eat dog; it's man eat man. In multiplayer, one player disperses zombies on the GamePad, while their local opponent fights back with a Wii Remote and nunchuk.
GamePad Use: Multiple uses. The controller primarily manages your inventory (swap weapons, use first aid kits), but it is also used for sniping, sonar, unlocking doors, and much more.

Rabbids Land

Developer: Ubisoft Paris
Players: 1-2
Off-TV Play: Yes
What is it?: The Rabbids are at it again, and this time, they've taken over an entire theme park. With an emphasis on asymmetrical gameplay, players take on over 20 mini-games. Whether playing cooperatively or competitively, GamePad players always have a different perspective on things than their Wii Remote-wielding counterparts.
GamePad Use: Changes from one mini-game to the next. In one example, the GamePad player races down a track, dodging obstacles that the Wii Remote player puts in his path on the television screen.
