It's Saturday night and that means John is streaming over on our YouTube channel NWRTV! As always the game selection is in your hands. The theme this week is, as one might expect, the Nintendo Direct. First, we have the SNES version of Doom, to remind us that this isn't the first time we'll see the series ported to an underpowered Nintendo. Second, we have Metroid: Samus Returns because Metroid: Samus Returns is a really good game. You can also be sure comments will be made about how good Federation Force was at least twenty times during the stream. Also keep in mind that if Metroid wins, the gameplay will be provided via an off-screen perspective. Third, is Xenoblade Chronicles for Wii. We finally have a release date for the sequel and so it's time to get even more excited than we already were! Fourth, is Minecraft for the Switch. The 3DS release was a welcome surprise but as it's still missing online multiplayer, we'll be playing the Switch version so that anyone who wants to can join in.
