The crew streamed the Microsoft conference much like everyone else not at E3 did, and doesn't have much to say about it. But they talk about seeing the EA and Ubisoft conferences live, and divulge their thoughts on EA's sequels and Ubisoft's antics.

This podcast was edited by Jonathan Metts.

Dead Island is not a good game. If you make a zombie game, that is not a template anybody who wants to be successful or to make a fun game should ever use.

So far E3 has been a train wreak, good thing I wasn't awake for any of it.. Sony going by their conference has all but officially abandoned the Vita with the lack of new games. Vita really need the support if it is to survie and it hasn't gotten it. MS has been mind numbingly boring.

Batman AA and AC kick the living daylights out of Assassin Creed.

I believe we said that the trailer for ZombiU's trailer, not the game, followed the template of Dead Island's trailer.

Very disappointed to not here you guys talk about Sony's because I want someone to talk about Wonderbook.

Ah yes, thank you for the clarification. You were comparing the style of the trailers to each other. Nice trailer that told you nothing about the game.

Yeah, you may have been incorrect about the comparison, oohhboy, but you were correct in your annoyed tone.  Trailers like these are horrible, and like Dead Island and a lot of recent games, they are a prevailing trend.  Ugh.  And while Nintendo isn't completely innocent (remember the single picture of Fi and Link a couple E3's ago?), I don't think they've taken it to quite this level of spectacle and obfuscation yet.

Nintendo didn’t want anything other than the CG trailer shown before they show it at the conference today. I watched the interview with Yves Guillmot directly after the Ubisoft conference and he wouldn’t say anything other than we would have to wait until today.
