About Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow

Inspired by the world of Tom Clancy, Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow centers around the story of Sam Fisher, a lone operative waging a one-man war against an Indonesian terrorist network. Empowered with the Fifth Freedom – the right to spy, steal, destroy and assassinate to protect his country – Fisher embarks on a mission that will take him to the farthest corners of the globe and into the shadowy world of international espionage, where he encounters numerous threats and faces the question, “Whom can you trust?”

· New Jungle Mission

Use Sam Fisher’s entire range of stealth maneuvers to evade the enemy through a richly detailed Indonesian jungle setting.

· Post-Mission Statistics and Scoring

After each completed mission, get feedback on your performance: from the number of shots fired, to the number of enemies eliminated, even your time on each level.

· New Alternate Pathways in Revisited Missions

Complete mission objectives through new pathways. Each new pathway offers its own gameplay challenges and rewards.

· New Booby Trap Gameplay

Disable explosive devices using a similar mechanic to the innovative lockpick gameplay.

Talkback

The sales of this game should be VERY interesting. I doubt Mr. Iwata will take this into account when talking about how he has "proof" that people aren't interested in online gaming.

I don't really care for Splinter Cell anyway but if I did I wouldn't buy this unfinished Cube version as a personal protest against both lazy third party porting and Nintendo's sabotage of the Cube's third party online market.

He *was* talking about the Japanese market, you know. When discussing the U.S. market, Japanese Nintendo executives throw around the P word instead.

When the main selling point of a game IS its online feature, yeah, I think lack of it is going to cause a drop in sales. Thank god most games don't revolve around their online play.

Well, I got this game with a Halo edition Xbox a couple weeks ago. I think it's great with or without the multiplayer, but seriously, unless you have no choice, why buy a version without multiplayer?

Why buy the game period when there's so many better games coming out later this year. I'm gonna be broke. face-icon-small-sad.gif

"I think it's great with or without the multiplayer, but seriously, unless you have no choice, why buy a version without multiplayer?"

I know. Even if the multiplayer was ass I would still buy the version with more stuff just on principle unless there was a big difference in price.

P word? Playstation? Would do you mean?

KDR_11kJuly 06, 2004

I don't think it would sell even with multiplayer intact and dozens of boni.

P word is 'profitability'

KDR_11kJuly 07, 2004

As in "the sacred profit"? Sorry, just a Teladi custom I picked up... now who here has played X-BTF?

Vrgin X1July 07, 2004

I just got an E-mail today that SC: PT was just delayed a week. And I had this game on pre-order for 6 months

You preorder Generic Stealth Game #4110 that far in advance? It's not like it'll be hard to find or even sell out.
