Konami of Europe's newest Game Boy Advance title throws down the dueling gauntlet to Yu-Gi-Oh! Fans all over the globe...

Konami of Europe's incredibly successful series of Yu-Gi-Oh!™ games for Nintendo's Game Boy Advance is set to continue on March 26th, as Yu-Gi-Oh!™ WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT 2004™ is released for the popular handheld.

The official sequel to the best-selling Worldwide Edition, Yu-Gi-Oh!™ WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT 2004™ represents the most accurate recreation of the stunning Trading Card Game for the Nintendo format to date. Boasting over 100 all-new cards, over 1,000 cards in total and four new CPU-controlled characters to compete against, the game also invites players to compete for a place in the Official Yu-Gi-Oh!™ World Championship 2004 finals to be held in Los Angeles in the summer!

Using the game's ground-breaking text translation facility, players can link their GBA to those of other fans and duel their way to a place in the Los Angeles finals. As such, players can play against rivals from Japan, France, the UK, Germany, Spain, and Italy with ease, with the game registering the language used in the linked games and translating to the opposing player instantly. Details about the World Championship will follow shortly, along with information on registering to take part.

With such a huge prize at stake, Yu-Gi-Oh!™ WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT 2004™ is a must-have title for Yu-Gi-Oh!™ fans. Having mastered the possibilities its many monsters, spells and traps offer, got to grips with creating up to three duelling decks, and with 25 opponents from the hit cartoon series to defeat, it represents the ultimate challenge to fans of the Trading Card Game – with the very best players set to battle for the title of Yu-Gi-Oh!™ champion this summer!
