One of PGC's readers emailed Treasure regarding Sin & Punishment and got a response! Here's what Treasure had to say...
I just got this email from reader “jazz411” who emailed Treasure regarding Sin & Punishment. Since I became addicted to the game during E3 (Billy brought his import copy) I’ve been hoping that the game would make its way to North America. Clearly, I’m not the only one. Here’s jazz411’s email!

If you thought the new GBA ads in the US were cool, check out what the people see on the other side of the pond.
Euro-Nintendophiles are seeing some excellent new GBA ads pop up on TV and in magazines.
A cool new slogan is featured inside, "Gaming 24:7". Hell yeah brother! Will the US get this new phrase? This looks to be used instead of the "Life Advanced" campaign.
Interesting how these ads seem to target a much older demo. Advanced Peeing? Not really for kids. NOE seems to be a little more gutsy with their advertising.

It appears the post-E3 war of words has officially begun and in the opening volley Nintendo escapes unscathed...
UPDATE
While not dealing specifically with GameCube it always pays to keep an eye on what the competition is doing. In this case, Sony's president Ken Kutaragi has taken an almost Yamauchi-ish approach in slamming down the newest kid on the block, Microsoft.
But apparently it isn't only Sony's illustrious president that had bad things to say about the X-Box. Even more fuel is thrown onto the fire with the following statement:

Why oh why can't more of the media have the brains and impartiality Steven Kent seems to possess? See his new article inside.
Moreso than even his previous glowing articles, this new write-up by our buddy Steven Kent shows wisdom lightyears beyond the drivel the rest of the mainstream press has been spewing. While much of the article really deals with the PS2 (and not all in a negative light), the central message of the piece is absolutely worthwhile.

Stop bugging us! We're not selling...but there's people selling their E3 press goodies, and squishy Nintendo GameCubes and GBAs...for a price.
E3 was rather lackluster when it came to swag. In comparison to last year, companies really scaled down the amount of free stuff given to attendees.
Nintendo handed out GameCube attaches to press at the press show. These suckers are very well put together, and are damn slick.

We’re moving into HEAVY rumor territory here! Buuuuuut...
We recently got a question from a reader who asked whether or not the GameCube would have a territorial lockout—especially as the GBA does not have a lockout and will interact with the GameCube. Well, we have been skeptical (albeit hopeful) that GameCube wouldn’t have a territorial lockout but we’ve heard one interesting bit that’s worth sharing…
