The tracks for the fifth wave of the Booster Course Pass in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe have been revealed.
The Feather Cup tracks will include Daisy Cruiser (Double Dash), Moonview Highway (Wii), Athens Dash (Tour), and the previously-revealed Squeaky-Clean Sprint. The Double Cherry Cup hits Sunset Wilds (Super Circuit), Koopa Cape (Wii), Los Angeles Laps (Tour), and Vancouver Velocity (Tour).

The time at which E3 can be declared legally dead is fast approaching.
A report produced by the Los Angeles City Tourism Board Of Commissioners estimating revenues for the 2022-23 operating year (PDF link) included a footnote on page 21 that states "* Includes E3 cancellations for 2024 & 2025".

The long-awaited follow-up starring a gruff-talking Pikachu finally arrives.
After opening the Nintendo Direct with a trailer for Pokemon Scarlet/Violet DLC, we got another Pokemon-related announcement in the form of Detective Pikachu Returns. Starring a coffee-loving Pikachu and his human partner Tim, players will join the pair in solving mysteries in Ryme City, which was the setting of both the original game and the feature film.

Nintendo looks ahead at 2024.
Two new Mario universe games were announced today, though both focus on characters other than Mario himself. The 3DS game Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon is getting an HD remaster and Princess peach will be staring in a brand-new game that has yet to receive an official title. Both of these games are planned for release next year.

Even more Pikmin on Switch ahead of the upcoming sequel
After seeing new footage of Pikmin 4 at today's Nintendo Direct, it was announced that HD versions of Pikmin 1 and 2 would be released later on today on the eShop. Each game can be purchased separately or as a bundle at a discount. There will also be a physical version with both titles launching on September 22. With the addition of these two GameCube entries, we'll soon have all four mainline Pikmin games available on Switch.

Wario demands that you move it, move it this fall.
During today's Nintendo Direct it was announced that a new entry in the WarioWare series would be coming to Nintendo Switch on November 3, 2023. WarioWare: Move It! shakes up the formula by asking players to get their whole body into the act. With a Joy-Con in each hand, players will take on over 200 new series-staple microgames. Go it alone or play with a partner in co-op microgames.

Geno still isn't in Smash and he never will be.
The Super Nintendo classic role-playing-game, Super Mario PRG is headed to Switch via a brand-new remake. Announced during today's Nintendo Direct, Super Mario RPG will be coming to Nintendo Switch on November 17, 2023. The remake features the same isometric perspective as the original but with brand new, real-time, 3D graphics to replace the pre-rendered 3D of the original. Some high quality pre-rendered cutscenes were also shown off.
