UBISOFT ANNOUNCES ADVANCE GUARDIAN HEROES SHIPS FOR THE NINTENDO GAME BOY® ADVANCE

Sequel to the Popular Treasure Classic Arrives for the Handheld

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (September 15, 2004) -- Ubisoft, one of the world's largest video game publishers today announced that Advance Guardian Heroes has shipped for the Nintendo Game Boy® Advance. The sequel to Guardian Heroes, the critically-acclaimed Sega Saturn action-fighter, Advance Guardian Heroes continues the epic storyline of the mighty Magic Kingdom and features over 20 controllable characters, more than 160 powerful moves to master, and many incredible multiplayer scenarios. Play as one of three brand-new characters Enn, Ray or Hyu and defeat the evil Kanon as you fight to uncover the Soul Sword and save Earth. Advance Guardian Heroes has a rating of "E" for Everyone and an MSRP of $29.99.

"Advance Guardian Heroes is not your typical scrolling fighter videogame, as it features an action-packed story of courage and sacrifice," said Ubisoft's Director of Marketing, Helene Juguet. "Ubisoft is excited to be reviving this legendary franchise. Having maintained the same challenging fast-paced, beat'em up action and battles the cult-classic is known for, I know fans of Advance Guardian Heroes will be extremely pleased with the way we have revived the Treasure franchise."
