The adapters are shipping to stores, and Nintendo’s here to help those in need!

Nintendo has opened its GC Online Customer Service page to help consumers get PSO (and future games) up and running. With detailed information on configuring the adapters, buying a PSO account, troubleshooting tips and information on what's in the boxes themselves, all gamers are advised to look the site over before picking up the goods.

Worth noting is that some dial-up ISPs do not work with the Nintendo GameCube. If you use AOL, Compuserve or a free ISP and want online gaming goodness, you’d best consider changing service providers. Also keep in mind that the Broadband adapter only supports Ethernet (RJ45) connections, so people using USB connections may need to make some changes in broadband hardware.
